Oaxaca Old Fashioned

The perfect thanksgiving drink.

Or anytime drink really. This is a strong one.

1.5 oz tequila
0.5 oz mezcal
1 tsp agave nectar
2 dashes angostura bitters
garnish: an orange twist

Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over one large ice cube. Express the orange twist over the drink, flame it with a lighter, then drop it in.
