April Paloma
Summertime sipper that goes down a little too easy.
Lately, I can’t get enough of Giffard’s pink grapefruit liqueur. In this drink, it stands in for fresh grapefruit juice, creating a boozier, zestier version of the classic Paloma.
2 oz tequila
1 oz Giffard pink grapefruit liqueur
0.75 oz lime
4 drops 1:1 saline
tonic water
Add the tequila, grapefruit liqueur, lime and saline to a shaker and short shake with ice. Pour into a collins glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.
