Green chartreuse
1.5 oz gin
0.5 oz aperol
0.5 oz lime
0.5 oz grapefruit juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
Rinse coupe with the chartreuse and dump (basically put a drop of chartreuse in your coupe and swoosh it around until it completely coats the sides, dump the remaining liquid). Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain into the coupe.
