Kew & Tonic

Somewhere between Kew’s Garden and a Gin Tonic.

1 small cucumber wheel
2 oz gin
0.5 oz aperol
0.75 oz grapefruit juice
tonic water

Shake with ice, then strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a piece of grapefruit peel.
